Jasmine brings a deep passion and intuitive presence to her work in the healing arts. A graduate of CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School in St. Louis Park, MN, she has immersed herself in both Eastern and Western traditions of bodywork. Her studies continued at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she expanded her understanding of holistic wellness and health coaching.

Drawing from her formal training and clinical experience in Shiatsu Therapy, Trigger-Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage, Jasmine integrates these modalities into a balanced, intuitive practice. She also incorporates the philosophy that “Primary Food” — one’s lifestyle and emotional nourishment — directly influences “Secondary Food,” or the food we eat.

By combining her diverse skill set with compassionate intuition, Jasmine creates a truly personalized and transformative healing experience. A 60-minute session is wonderful for general relaxation, but 90 or 120 minutes provides the necessary time to properly warm up tissues and apply focused techniques like myofascial release.
