Her studies continued at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she expanded her understanding of holistic wellness and health coaching.
Drawing from her formal training and clinical experience in Shiatsu Therapy, Trigger-Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Massage, Jasmine integrates these modalities into a balanced, intuitive practice. She also incorporates the philosophy that “Primary Food” — one’s lifestyle and emotional nourishment — directly influences “Secondary Food,” or the food we eat.
